New Como signing Cesc Fabregas has set his sights on managing a Premier League team in the future. Cesc Fabregas talked about becoming a manager in the English top flight during an exclusive interview with Sky Sports News.
For Fabregas, it’s a case of when and not if he will become a manager. The Premier League is a league after his heart as he enjoyed the best spell of his career in the division. He then talked about managing in the Premier League. According to him, he would love to be a Premier League manager. Cesc Fabregas pointed out that being a Premier League manager is a target for him. He was offered the chance to join the coaching crew at two clubs, but the Spaniard wanted to continue playing football. The ex-Spanish national team midfielder spent last season in the treatment room and he doesn’t want it to be his last season as a professional footballer. To this effect, he has signed for a new team and it could be his last as a professional footballer.
During the aforementioned interview, Fabregas was also asked about Arsenal and Chelsea. He has been impressed with the young Arsenal team under manager Mikel Arteta. For Chelsea, he expects the Blues to fight for the Premier League title alongside the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City.
