DANI CEBALLOS IS BETTER OFF AT ARSENAL
Sometimes, the only way to truly grow is to leave your comfort zone or buy milkshakes and protein powders if you have enough money. But it is mostly by leaving your comfort. Biologist says the reason for this is that the only serious way to get your body to change is to make it feel like it.
Most youngsters grow up with the noble goal of playing for their childhood clubs and eventually retiring there. A minute few do achieve it but that doesn’t mean that those who don’t make it turn into automatic failures. Most actually do go on to do great things at other clubs.
After the glory days of Cesc Fabregas failed to be replicated by SantiCarzola or any other Spanish midfielder imported from there to add creativity to Arsenal’s midfield, Dani Ceballos might just turn out to be the guy.
He wasn’t supposed to be there though, given that last season when Real Madrid was basically trash, he was one of the few that tried to make a difference. That didn’t stop him from being loaned to Arsenal though.
Two months in North London and the Madrid boy is enjoying himself so much that he is telling Los Blancos to turn his loan deal into a permanent move.
SantiCarzola, Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere all tried to make a difference in Arsenal’s traditional No. 10 role and none of them are still at the club.
MesutOzil, another former Madrid man did have his moments but the current Gunners’ coach Unai Emery seems bent on giving Ceballos more playing time as the Spaniard appears to be the one that gets and does what Unai expects from anyone playing that role.
This is the kind of chance Dani will hardly get at the Bernabeu. He is better off at Emirates.
